Crime drama actions featuring Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, and Madison Bailey first touched Netflix in mid-April 2020.
Ten episodes are completely released and now, all focus on season 2. So let’s take them to what we know so far.
When did the BANK outside season 2 come to Netflix?
We know what the outside bank arrived this summer, but Netflix has now confirmed that season 2 arrives on Friday, July 30, 2021.

Four months after the initial release date April 2020, Netflix finally announced that the outside bank will return.
They then added a new photo with several members of the cast with 2 fingers survive.
Then a video was released shortly after that with the players who expressed their excitement for the second season.
It didn’t come too much because of the surprise we heard from some of the sources in the work that leads to the update announcement. For example, Jonas Pate has teased that this show is a “four-season novel”. Jonas Pate revealed to EW that the writing team wrote season 2 and was approved by Netflix.
A with REDDIT with a member of the event crew (which verified by a moderator) also showed optimism for the second season opportunity as well. He said it was “95%” the possibility of season 2 will happen. Three days later, the crew member stated that this series had been extended on May 4, 2020.
Where production in Outer Banks Season 2

In August 2020, we learned that production actively increased back to filmmaking on August 31, 2020. Again, this series will be filmed in Charleston, South Carolina even though there is a lot of production in the US still stalled. (H / T Netflix Life to find this).

On September 10, 2020, French accounts Netflix tweeted news that filming in the set had begun with several onset images from the player who returned.
Production continues throughout the last section of 2020 with filmmaking reported to be set to conclude in December 2020 according to production so far. Although a number of tweets suggested filming was not completed until the end of January 2021 at least in Charleston.

A number of cast members teasing the second season throughout the production including Madison Bailey said: “Very excited to give you all season 2 it’s not even funny” Jonathan Davis added, “my big fact promised not ready”.
On April 7, 2021, we received official confirmation that filming had concluded our lead to continue expecting the final 2021 release date for the 2-season outside Bank on Netflix.
Then on May 14, 2021 – Netflix delivered a number of first display images for the new season while providing a broad “summer” release. That means we have to see the release of Bank Outer Bank 2 in July or August 2021.
Casting News for Outer Banks Season 2
In mid-April 2021, confirmed that Carlacia Grant will join season 2. Grant will play the Cleo described as follows:
“Confident and fearless, Cleo is a Nassau girl, a dodger of a tough art, whose world collides with the pipes.”
Some new actors feature (although most in a small role) include:
- Jontavious Johnson as Stubb
- Nick Lawrence as Vice Collins
- Shane Miclette as Matthew

How well do banks outside appear on Netflix?
There is no official watch number for the series that has been released but we can track how well this series thanks to the Netflix Top 10 feature.
According to FlixPatrol, this series added 5321 points in the scale and was the 19th most popular title so far in 2020.
Outside banks perform well in the United States where it is displayed in a total of 10 days for 50 days. It lives in the top position between April 24 and April 28 before never I once swiped the top position (recently updated for season 2).
It is also done very critically with 14,000+ viewers needed to IMDB to give a score of 7.6 / 10.
What is expected from season 2 of the outside bank
Before we go into what we can expect from season 2, let’s recap quickly one season’s events.

“There will be some episodes that occur, at least in part, in the Bahamas, it was revealed to be a bigger mystery. We keep our old criminals and we add some new ones. But it always returns outside the bank.”
Also, Josh has teased a new criminal for season 2, that the ward may not necessarily be justice early in season 2 and, most importantly, a new mystery waiting.

Elizabeth Mitchell is currently registered as having a role in season 2 known as Santa Clause 2, lost and frequency.
