Netflix Period of Drama Series ‘Transatlantic’: What we know so far
Expanding the International Content Library, Netflix has signed a multi-year creative partnership with Anna Winger, Author and the Creator of Netflix's Unortodox. This project comes from the production of airlift production companies. One of the first projects that came out of this agreement would be a new period drama series, while titled Transatlantic.
Transatlantic was first announced on September 2021 and this preview has and will be updated over time to reflect new information.
Based in Berlin, airlift works with writers from all over the world on projects set in Europe, Africa and England. The winger will also work with Grow Netflix creative initiatives to help encourage the talent of the next generation in Europe.
