New York: Ivana Trump, the first wife of the former US president, died of a "blunt impact injury" for the body in an accident, said the Head of New York Medical Examiner on Friday.
The statement did not determine the situation, but the US media reported that the police had investigated whether the 73 -year -old man died down the stairs at his home in Manhattan.
