Washington: India has encouragement with Russia, and in their neighborhood, the problem with China over the region, the former American top American diplomat has told us parliamentarians to us.
Diplomats made comments replying to the questions of parliamentarians about New Delhi who did not fulfill some of the UN votes about Russian aggression against Ukraine.
"India has a boost with Russia, they have encouragement in their environment, with territorial issues with China. I think, as Americans, we have affinity towards Indians for their democracy, and their system pluralism," said Atul Keshap.
