Sharat Saxena said that there was a scarcity of a good role for senior actors like him. He said that all ‘good roles written for parents went to Amitabh Bachchan, while the actors liked it given’ whatever remaining remnants’.
Sharat Saxena, which is known for its role in films such as Mr. India, Baghban and Krish, called Bollywood ‘a young child’. He said that all the good roles written for senior actors were offered to Amitabh Bachchan, while others like ‘scratch’ remaining.
Earlier this week, Sharat Saxena took to Instagram to share photos of himself all bulked up and wrote, “Still trying to be very difficult to be someone. # Bollywood #Casywood #crindifilms.” He was recently seen at Sherni Amit Masurkar.
In a rediff interview, Sharat said, “The film industry is a young child industry, parents are not needed here. Unfortunately, we are not dying. We are still alive and we still want to work. How many roles you think are written for parents In this industry? All the good roles are written for parents to go to Amitabh Bachchan. Whatever attitude is left decorated by people like me. And we reject most of the time. So the amount of work I can do is almost zero. “

Sharat said that because of a role scarcity for senior actors, he guarded himself in a condition so he could look younger. “So at the age of 71, I exercised for two hours every day so I can defeat SH * T from those aged 25 years. So that I look like a tough man. I color my hair and black mustache. You have seen me on Sherni. I was 71 years old, but I had to make myself look 50-55. If not, I won’t work, “he said. He added that while he didn’t ‘have to work’, he was not suitable to ‘live a retired life’ and was filled with hunger to be in front of the camera.
Sharat began his career in the 1970s with supporting roles in films. He has acted in films such as Ghulam, Sathiya, Phir Hera Pheri and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
