New Delhi: The Yogi Adityanath government on Friday (August 20, 2021) announced that the weekly curfew on Sundays is being completely lifted within the the wake of drop by COVID-19 cases in Uttar Pradesh .
In the wake of drop by COVID-19 cases within the state, the weekend curfew on Sunday won’t be imposed anymore. The markets will open normally like weekdays,” ANI tweeted.
According to the reports, the choice was taken in sight of the declining cases of COVID-19 within the state.
