The attack on Titan is currently airing the last season and over the past few years has quickly become one of the largest anime series of all time. As a result, it’s very popular and you might be wondering if you can watch on Netflix. The answer will depend on where you live and even then, the availability is very different. This is what you need to know.
Streaming rights Anime often makes frustrating following if you are an anime fan. Like most things in the age of streaming, the license for anime is a very fragmented meaning you must have a lot of subscriptions or shows that are not available in full.
The attack on Titan, became a great show that it was in hot demand but unfortunately the availability of Netflix was very strange.
Why is just a season of attacks in Titan on Netflix in the United States and Canada?
In the United States and Canada, they strangely only have access to the first season of attacks on Titan. With it, even the season was released to be removed over the past few years and even when it left, it returned quickly.
The last time this series was set to be removed again on February 2021 but it didn’t happen. The same thing happened in 2019 and rumors floated in 2017 too.
That means Netflix US and Canada only have access to the 25 first episodes that were initially aired between April and September 2013. There were absolutely no signs that change in the near future.
Like other anime instances,
In the United States, the best way to watch shows is through upstream and adultswim. FunImasi, just like Netflix, only has access to season 1 of the series.
In Canada, Crunchyroll is the best (and only) way to watch season 2 and so on.
Why not attack in Titan on Netflix in England?
The removal we mentioned above in February 2021 in February will not come in the US or Canada but do it in England.

Netflix in Asia Receives Weekly Episodes of Attack on Titan
Yes, that’s right. Multiple regions of Netflix has weekly drops of Attack on Titan plus the other 5 seasons available.
Regions that have access to all six seasons plus weekly episodes include:
- Netflix Japan
- Netflix Malaysia
- Netflix Philippines
- Netflix Singapore
- Netflix Thailand
- Netflix South Korea (Although they only have seasons 1, 5 and 6)
- Netflix Hong Kong (Only has access to season 5 & 6)
Other Netflix regions availability of attacks on Titan
There are several other cases too.
Netflix France only has access to season 3 and 4 attacks in Titan. Netflix Spain and Portgual only have access to season 3.
Netflix Italia has a 1-5 season but does not accept weekly episodes and may have to wait until after they finish displaying.
